Anger Management

Come learn strategies to cope with frustration and anger. This group will focus on recognizing triggers of anger, increasing awareness to physiological warnings signs of anger, establishing plans to keep your cool, and communication tools that are successful with peers and for dealing with adults.

 

Emotional Regulation

Emotions effect everyone differently, this group is for those who experience emotions intensely and want to be able to gain understanding and control over their reactions. This group will focus on the reality of emotion in the brain, the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, self-awareness, and outlets for emotions that can be useful in modulating their effects. Particular emphasis will be paid to depression, anxiety, and excitability.

 

Relationships

Love them or hate them, the people in your life just through their interactions with you, have relationships with you. This group talks about  the relationships we have with both peers and adults. Both romantic and platonic. Whether online or face to face. and all of the drama that can come with it. This grop will focus on communication, legal issues, social media safety, reciprocity, and establishing healthy boundaries.
